Canadian Hearts and Hands 3rd Annual Walk-a-Thon
Our 3rd annual Canadian Hearts and Hands 5k Walk-a-thon will take place in the Beaches area on Sunday June 10, 2012. The walk will start at 11:00am from Donald D. Summerville Olympic Pool and proceeded along Goodman trail Board walk.

St. Vincent's Kitchen Service Day
Once again, we would like to extend the invitation to join us in preparing and serving meals at The St. Vincent's Kitchen every first Sunday of the month. St. Vincent's Soup Kitchen ministers to a wide variety of people in need residing in Oshawa, Ontario. Please call Canadian Hearts and Hands at (416) 347-0052 for more details on volunteering. Good Shepherd Centre Service Day
The Good Shepherd Mission in downtown Toronto provides for the needs of many of the city's homeless. Canadian Hearts and Hands is proud to assist the Brothers of the Good Shepherd in their ministry.

Canadian Hearts and Hands Senior's Program
We would like to invite any and all Canadian Hearts and Hands volunteers to help out with our Seniors Program, which takes place every second Sunday of the month at Tendercare Living Centre.

Winter Scramble Indoor Golf Tournament with proceeds to Canadian Hearts and Hands
On Saturday, January 21, 2012 an indoor golf tournament was held at Tees and Cue's Virtual Golf & Country Club in Oshawa. Twenty-eight golfers attended and a good evening of golf and fun was had by all with proceeds raised by the event and a donation made by the owners of the facility. A special thanks to the owners, Rick and his wife for their generous donation to Canadian Hearts and Hands.
Canadian Hearts and Hands Christmas Dance
We had a night full of fun with dj, dancing, food, raffles and door prizes.
